The purpose of the award(s) will be to recognize a graduate who has been active in the school's extracurricular programs while showing good character, leadership qualities and scholarship during his/her KHS tenure. Applicants will be judged on a point system by a committee comprised of three adults -- two KHS Scholarship Committee members and one objective individual identified by Kubasaki. To meet the criteria for these scholarships, candidates must: Have received a letter of acceptance from a 4-year college or university Maintain a B or 3.0 grade point average Applications for the scholarship(s) will be available once funds have been collected to present this award.
